SHIPPING POLICY

UK ORDERS

Upon receiving your order we will have it processed and packed withing 48-72 hours.

All UK items are sent using Royal Mail special delivery .
 

All packages are fully insured and tracked to your door.

Delivery will be approximately 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Please allow 1 week from purchase before chasing orders .



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
 

Upon receiving your order we will have it processed and packed withing 48-72 hours.

All International items are sent using Royal Mail international tracked and signed or UPS trackable shipping.
 

All packages are fully insured and tracked to your door.

Delivery will be approximate 10-14 working days from dispatch.


Your item may incur a customs charge or delay at customs for which we are not liable . Please consider this carefully ; the recent changes to the UK and EU require us to fill out customs forms for all packages being exported . We will not be liable for any customs fees incurred and we cannot write a lower value on the package to avoid fees. 

Please allow 2 weeks from purchase before chasing orders .

RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS 
 

We understand occasionally an item isn't the right fit or style, doesn't feel right when worn or you have changed your mind . Online shopping can be harder to gauge than in person, so with this in mind we offer a no quibbles return policy .

For a full refund we ask that all original packaging and boxes are included in the returned item, and that the items are returned back to us within 14 days of signing for in the exact same condition upon receiving them.
 

Delivery costs are non-refundable.

The return delivery costs are your responsibility and non-refundable.

You are liable for the item until we have received it back and checked it is in the same condition as sent . We recommend using the same delivery method to return as it is sent back. 

Customs fees are the full responsibility of the customer. Please note we correctly fill in all of the required forms and we do not cover any customs fees that may be required to be paid once your package reaches your destination country . Declining to pay your customs charge is an unacceptable reason for return . In the event a parcel is returned for none payment you will be allocated store credit with the custom fees, & paypal fees deducted.

Our policies are none negotiable .



REFUNDS
 

You have 14 days from receiving your item to return to us in the same condition it was sent.
 

This means have 14 days from the date of signing for your parcel to register the return with us, and ensure that posting date to return falls withing these 14 days.

International customers may expect their items to take longer than 14 days to arrive back to us . As long as the date you have posted back to us on the shipping label falls within the 14 days to return this will still be accepted for a no quibbles refund.
 

For a full refund we ask that all packaging materials and boxes are sent back to us.


In the rare event your item arrives grossly mis-described or damaged please contact us immediately at info@charliesvintagecharms.com where will arrange to refund your shipping costs there and back once the item has been returned.


CANCELLATIONS

If you have placed and order by mistake and wish to cancel you must immediately email to let us know, including the order number, name and address, and item description .We ship daily and to avoid your item already being shipped it is important you get in touch straight away .

Please be aware all orders whether cancelled or otherwise still attract a fee from paypal or the appropriate card payment system . The transaction fee is not refunded back to us unfortunately, and with this in mind it is at our discretion if we will accept your cancellation and not ship the item . 

Purchases made in haste to prevent other buyers from buying, and then requested for cancellation, will be refunded minus the transaction fees . We will not be accepting this as a reason for cancelling moving forward, your item will still be shipped out and it will be up to you to arrange the return and cover the return postage fees . 

Please note most of our jewellery is rare and sought after, it is unfair to other customers to buy items you have no intention if seeing through . Please be considerate of our small business and the large transaction fees we deal with . Repeat offenders will be permanently banned .
