SHIPPING POLICY

UK ORDERS
 

All UK items are sent using Royal Mail special delivery .
 

All packages are fully insured and tracked to your door.

Delivery will be approximately 2-3 working days from dispatch.



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All International items are sent using Royal Mail international tracked and signed or UPS trackable shipping.
 

All packages are fully insured and tracked to your door.

Delivery will be approximate 10-14 working days from dispatch.


Your item may incur a customs charge or delay at customs for which we are not liable . The recent changes to the UK and EU require us to fill out customs forms for all packages being exported . We will not be liable for any customs fees incurred and we cannot write a lower value on the package to avoid fees. 
 

RETURNS POLICY

In the rare event your item arrives grossly mis-described or damaged please contact us immediately at info@charliesvintagecharms.com where will arrange to refund your shipping costs there and back once the item has been returned.


RETURNS 



If you would like to request a return within 14 days of receipt of your purchase please email info@charliesvintagecharms.com.

For a full refund we ask that all original packaging and boxes are included in the returned item, and that the items are returned back to us within 14 days of signing for in the exact same condition upon receiving them.

 

The original delivery costs are non-refundable.

The return delivery costs are paid for by the customer.

You are liable for the item until we have received it back and checked it is in the same condition as sent . We recommend using the same delivery method to return as it was delivered.

Customs fees are the full responsibility of the customer, we do not cover customs fees in the sale price.  Declining to pay your customs charge is an unacceptable reason for return . In the event a parcel is returned for none payment you will be allocated store credit with the custom fees, & paypal fees deducted.




ALTERATIONS

Our returns policy regrettably does not cover alterations on the purchase. This extends to encompass ring resizes, chain length alterations, gemstone replacements and any cosmetic work that has been carried out on the appearance or fit only. Once your ring has been resized by us or another jeweller, it is no longer eligible for a returns.

In the event that you jewellery has been damaged or a gemstone lost, please contact us first so we can assess if your item still falls under our responsibility to fix, mend, replace or refund. We cannot accept back any items that have had another jeweller carry out work on the piece, the reason for this is we cannot guarantee the standard of the work, and we also cannot meet the public price you will have been charged. We have our own jeweller that affords Charlie Luxe Vintage very competitive trade rates, so we highly recommend you contact us first .



CANCELLATIONS


If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipping, you must email us with the order number and you will subject to a restocking fee of 5% .
